How To Disassemble: 81xx Pearl Series

Remove the battery cover, battery, MicroSD card and SIM Card from the device

Remove the antenna cover by prying it up in the back and pulling it off of the device.

Remove the 2 screws located at the top of the device between the speaker/camera

_____________________________________________________________________________

Remove the two screws from the front of the device that were underneath the antenna cover

_____________________________________________________________________________

Carefully remove the sidebars from the device

_____________________________________________________________________________

Dislodge the two clips on the side of the device, one towards the top, one towards the bottom, to remove the front housing from the board and rear housing.

Remove the rear housing from the board.

_____________________________________________________________________________

Remove the piece of “tape” from the screen/board connector

_____________________________________________________________________________

Carefully remove the screen from the board

Pry the screen off of the board…CAREFULLY
