    LIST OF ITEMS:

    • Small flathead screw driver and/or “cell phone repair tool”
    • Torqx Screwdriver

    Remove the battery cover, battery (and SIM Card If Applicable)

    Remove the screw located to the bottom right of the speakerphone

    Remove the 2 screws at the bottom of the device.

    Pull up on the rear part of the housing to separate from the device.

    Remove the four silver screws on the inner housing

    Pull the back part of the housing away from the device in an up and out motion (there are two clips on the top where the rear housing clips in with the front housing.

    If replacing the microphone, it is located on the front of the housing that was just removed.

    If replacing the speakerphone, it is located on the rear housing that was just removed.

    Pull the board from the inside housing starting from the left hand side of the device (Side with the earpiece clip and usb port)

    Remove the plastic “tape” over the screen/board connector

    Remove the screen/board connector

    Pull out and up on the two clips located on either side of the screen and pull in an up/over direction towards the other side of the device.
